1 cup plus 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar or granulated sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon potato starch, or tapioca starch, or arrowroot starch
- In bowl of food processor, combine sugar and potato starch.
- Place on lid and process until mixture appears light and fluffy.
- Use immediately, or place into airtight container to store up to 3 months; vigorously shake container prior to measuring for use.
