  1. This is great stuff, but I am wondering if you have thought about an additional chapter of food and auto-immune diseases. I have given up gluten and dairy (casein) as a way to control Multiple Sclerosis. I know I have talked with people who use it to control ADHD, Autism, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Celiac and Lupis. I have done a lot of research on the blood brain barrier breaching (a lot of B) when it comes to minor allergic reactions (enzymatic) and the possibility that over time this can turn into an autoimmune disease.

Anyway, another something to look into!

  2. Boy you and I should sit a chat .... I am recovering from Lupus - almost 4 years full remission - all based on dietary intervention. I think I will post the preface to my book .... and I love your site, Julia!!!!

  3. Wow, congrats. It is nice to know that you are having so much success with Lupus. I am only on my 4th month of diet changes and I feel a lot more energetic and focused. I hope this means less attacks as well.

Thank you, your site is great too. I love meeting people who are successful at all of the diet changes - gives me hope.
